Insert custom section on Posts page

All my pages have a custom section at the top, however this obviously does not show on the posts page. How can I get this section onto the posts page so that the appearance is site-wide? I'm using Elementor free, and I have saved the section as a template.

If anyone can help or point me in the right direction that would be very much appreciated.
