Is there a simple plugin to collect emails?

Hello, I am trying to find a plugin that I can add to my side where the user would just input their email and hit subscribe.

Currently, I am using the Ultimate Social Media Icons plugin but it redirects the user to another page when they hit subscribe and it is also super spammy.

Any ideas?
