I restored so my site wouldn’t be down, the issue remains at https://dev.manzwebdesigns.com
Hello @manzwebdesigns,
We have not received such requests after the latest release. Could you please try enabling the WordPress debug functionality as explained here:
and provide us with the content of the debug.log located in the wp-content folder.
Alternatively, please check if there are php_errorlog files under the home folder of your WordPress site and look for any fatal errors recorded.

If you have enabled the debug mode on your site, please check for errors in the wp-content/debug.log file. It should provide you with a clue about what is causing the issue. You can provide some of the entries here as well.
We have tested the new plugin update on a fresh WordPress installation and there were no issues. There are many other users that have upgraded the plugin without issues. I am afraid that without access to your logs I cannot investigate the error further. Most probably the issue is caused due to conflict with some other plugin/theme installed on your site.
You can contact the support of your hosting service so they can check the server logs for any errors recorded.
