Lightest Lightweight WP Theme for ONE plugin (NOT public use)?

Hi,

I have a WP RSS feed aggregator plugin which has all the functionality I want (better than Feedly, etc).

I want to install the lightest possible WP installation on a subdirectory of my site, and run this plugin (only) on this WP installation — so I can grab select articles etc from it for other projects.

So, a kind of 'curation hub'. But it will not be for public use, only me, and I don't want it to be bloated with all kinds of things I don't need.

What do you suggest for this purpose please?
