Looking for a Central or South American WP-Bakery developer

Must be very competent with ACF fields and able to dynamically show hide buttons depending on whether or not ACF fields are filled in.

here's my description of my problem:

I have a problem. I have a website that has 15 community pages for a memory care company. They do assisted living or memory care. There are 3 ACF fields for the different brochures. Any community can have any number of them, from 1-3.  I need to show a "download brochure" button…depending on which one of the 3 items is available. If the one for memory care is available then that button should show. If the one for assisted living is available it should show.  Think you can do something like this?
