[ad_1]

@macstevenw2013 sorry to hear that – do you happen to have the fatal logs handy so we can try to help diagnose that? Please scrub any sensitive data before posting if there’s any. Be glad to help and get that squared away for you.

I have the same error caused by the latest update – server 500 error when updating element or. My server support said this:

I am seeing the following error reported in the logs: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_status() on bool in /home/virtual/vps-587e59/2/285260d0eb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/includes/class-mailchimp-woocommerce-service.php:437 The plugin ‘mailchimp-for-woocommerce’ is causing the issue.

I deactivated Mailchimp and all works with Elementor as it should do.

ok @wineschoolofcheshire thank you for the error trace. We’re actively working on this fix now and will report asap when complete.

@macstevenw2013 @wineschoolofcheshire 4.2.1 has been released, please let us know if this resolves your issues. Thanks!

Thank you so much! It’s working now. Best wishes.
