Thanks for getting back to me.
I disabled the Litespeed plugin and it has made no difference. The images are still not showing on the site.
I even tried switching to a couple of the other starter themes before trying the Modern Shop theme again and they have the same issue No images

That was just to see the site in its natural habitat, as the plugin was serving a different (broken) version of it. From what I can see, the site is totally different now.
However, the main problem seems to be something related to the hosting service that you’re using. The images are imported correctly, but accessing them redirects to the home page. For example, this link – https://philippinesuntouched.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/services-hero-background.webp
You will need to check if you have any plugins that force a redirection for all media items, or speak with your hosting service to see if they block anything from their end.

I’ll try deactivating all the plugins except those required by blocksy and see if I can narrow it down. If that doesn’t work I’ll just wipe out everything and start again.
I doubt it’s the hosting service as I use hostinger business plan which is pretty popular.

OK.
I removed all plugins, re installed blocksy then selected the stater, it installed the other required plugins and the Modern Shop starter site is now looking fine.
I’ll have to see if I can track down the plugin that was causing the issue

Hmm, that sounds strange. Though, there can be plugins that modify the media gallery in a bad way. I’m glad you at least got there.
