I have tried all these steps from this links. But I couldn’t solve it.
My site displays just plain white screen. My site was hacked since I could find weird themes installed. I uninstalled those. But still, I couldn’t find what might be causing this issue.

Go to the server logs and see what exact error it is throwing and work the issue from there. Don’t wast time doing things may or may not fix it, and even worse, people who are not real programmers may end up causing other problems to their sites tinkering to try to guess at a fix.
