Need help getting account back

I bought a domain name with wordpress a month ago.
Since then my apartment was broken into and my laptop and phone were stolen.
I am now locked out of my email that I used to sign up with wordpress.

I tried filling out the form to recover my account, as I have the transaction ID (the number on the receipt). But the form is not going through, it says 'receipt not valid'.

Is there any way I can speak to a real person? Even through email? Do they not have ANY customer service? I just want my domain name back.
