hello everyone im really new to web designing and am trying yo figure it out. im trying to test some stuff on a XAMPP local server but am having trouble making it. so i have to make a text file named "index.php" but it does not work its still a normal text document and i cant code on it. please help me with this it feels like something easy and its really annoying me
