Not getting blog comment notifications via email, how to fix?

So i followed this site and checked the appropriate boxes [https://blogiestools.com/how-to-fix-not-receiving-wordpress-comment-email-notifications/])

I just used incognito and made a comment, the comment posted to blog but no email was sent

Our email is working fine as we are using WP Mail SMTP, and i did get an email about needing approval for a suspected spam comment

Any ideas?
