Hello,
I have installed your plugin on all of my sites, and I really like it. However, I have a problem with an e-commerce site: since 18/02, I have not been receiving any emails regarding periodic reports.
I have already tried using the diagnostic tools:
- “Send a test email from this WordPress server to an email address” works, as I receive the email saying “Your test email was sent to the requested email address. The result we received from the WordPress wp_mail() function was: True.“
- “Send a test activity report email” on the other hand, I don’t receive it, even though it says “Test email sent successfully“. I have already checked my spam folder and tried sending the report email to different email addresses, but it is not received in any of them.
What can I do?
