Hi,
I have been using your plugin for a while, and it seemed to work fine. The output is generated via a shortcode [crp show_excerpt=1 show_date=0] and manually added to certain posts.
Now on a recent post, I added the shortcode – and nothing was added. The output still worked on the other posts though. So in an attempt to fix it, I went to Tools > Related Post Tools and clicked on “Clear Cache” and “Recreate Indices”. The latter ran for a while – and after that, the output seemed to have disappeared on ALL posts.
After I toggled some of the settings, I managed to get the related posts back for some of the posts – but on others, the list is still empty.
Please help – what can I do to make it work again? Whenever I add this shortcode, a selection of 3 posts from the same category should be displayed.
