I am using [Wordpress.com]) on a temporary basis by pointing my domain to that site. However, I cannot find the permalink settings in [Wordpress.com]) and the permalinks on my website do not include the date and [Wordpress.com]) does include the date in permalinks. Does [WordPress.com]) just not offer the setting so I can make the permalinks work for the transition? Thank you.

I believe it requires a paid plan e.g. Business plan. I’m assuming you’ve already checked under Settings > Permalinks?
