Hi all
I’ve got a client who is looking for a scalable chatbot that can answer simple FAQ questions. Furthermore, they want the bot to send the client to their Whatsapp if it cannot provide any answer (and thus maintaining the conversation history on WhatsApp)
They want to enhance the chatbot later on as well. Is there something that exists today to handle this? Or would a chatgpt custom bot be required ?

You don’t necessarily need an AI-powered chatbot if it’s to answer simple questions. Previous to ChatGTP, chatbots worked with basically a “choose your own adventure” type line of questioning, which might be fine here, but check with the client. AI is all over the place these days, and it’s the trendy thing to have, but it comes with a recurring cost (OpenAI account), so you should ask your client if they are ok with that baseline cost.
