On a previous site a plugin I used had the ability to control where/when plugin javascript are loaded. I have since forgot what it was and Google / Plugin Library searches were unhelpful.
I have some pretty heavy Javascript, things for Google Maps, forms, video, and lightbox features that are being loaded on every page by my plugins, including pages none of those scripts are needed.
Does anyone know what plugin it was that allows fine control over what scripts are enqueued on various pages? At minimum I want to put some effort optimizing load times on my homepage and pillar content/service pages.

there are many different plugins that will allow you to manage what scripts fire on what pages by dictating the loading priority of scripts, etc.
Search for Priority Hints.
