No, you should be able to solve this via your template. You have obviously created a column block and only filled the first column with content. This results in this narrow view.
Call up the page while you are logged into the backend. You will then see “Site Edit” above in the admin bar. Click on it to open the template editing. You should then be able to find the column block there. Either remove it and insert the content from the column before or after it OR remove the other 3 columns.
