We have a Real Estate WordPress theme from Houzez (actually 3 of them). Realizing it was overkill, We’ve opted for a less resource hungry theme, but the houzez themes are now unused, still valid and receiving updates, but the tech support has expired.
What are my options ?
Can we resell it?
