Hi I am looking to build a simple website to route potential sellers of real estate. I contact them usually via a mailer. If they are interested they call or go to website. I just need a simple webpage that has some basic ‘About Info’ on the company, ‘How the Process Works’ and mainly a form that the potential seller will fill out so we can get back to them.
I don’t think I need to get high SEO since they wouldn’t really be searching for the company unless they get the link in mailer, etc.
But I do want a fast loading page and want to see which option is better in terms of upkeep vs cost.
If I do wordpress, I’d hire it out to Fiverr or Upwork. What would be average monthly cost in hosting, basic security, etc vs using a website builder like Squarespace?
I want to route the form they fill out on site to go to my email if possible. I do understand that I won’t own the website via squarespace, i am not worried about that currently.
