I have been searching for an LMS system to suit our internal training needs. I am leaning towards LearnPress but have 1 issue that I can’t seem to find a decent solution for in any LMS.There are requirements for employees to retake a course X months after completing it. Some courses may need to be taken every 12 months, some every 36 months, etc. I am surprised that the LMS systems don’t (appear to) have a function to track the completion dates and auto re-enroll the employees after the given amount of time.
A feature like that would allow the system to track the course renewal due dates and since it would auto-enroll the employees (which obviously don’t pay), they would be notified they have been enrolled and know they have to do the training.
Is there a way to do this in LearnPress? If not, any other LMS?
Since MANY companies have requirements such as that, I am surprised to not find the functionality.
You can reset their progress (and likely automate it) with Sensei LMS. If the system stores the date of when the course was completed, you can likely just cron job it to reset after X amount of months.
