Thank you for reaching out to us. In order to troubleshoot this we’d need some more information from you. Here is how you can do this:
– In the Swish plugin settings – enable logging (the very bottom of the settings)
– Try to refund the WooCommerce order again.
– Head to WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs, find the log called woo-swish-ecommerce and send the log over to [email protected]
