Secure Comment Plug-in?

I'm looking for comment plug-in options with a high level of security, would anyone have any recommendations?

At present I'm using the free version of Disqus, but this peppers the page with adverts.

If I'm going to pay annually , I'd prefer a non-D option.

My concerns are if theres a database of members kept on site that it's kept secure from unauthorised access.
