I work at a media company with a sales team that uses PDF proposals for potential clients. Currently, they create them manually, which takes a lot of time and results in a lot of mistakes – incorrect packages, mistyped rates, bad math, things like that.
What I’m looking for (if it even exists): a system I can load variables into like all our products, their rates, and package discounts.
Then create an easy to use form that the sales team can use to plug in the variables and have it spit out a PDF that they can email their potential client with all the correct math, dates, and items. Does anything like this exist in the form of a WordPress plugin?

Why WordPress?
This is possible, and there are loads of libraries or packages that could do it, but integrating it with WordPress will just make it more difficult unnecessarily.
Gravity forms with Gravity PDF should work for you.
Probably easier and faster to do with MS Excel but good luck getting it done in WP.
There are online SaaS solutions that handle the entire proposal lifecycle quite well.

If you’re closing big deals, paying the monthly fee for a SaaS solution like that should pay for itself with one client.
