Dear Reddit,
I’ve been a long time user of Genesis + No Sidebar Pro template. But you know it has been ages since they were released.
Nowadays, WordPress ecosystem is filled with “traditional” page builders but WordPress itself is moving into FSE with html blocks (traditional page builders use php blocks). Pagebuilder users are also promoting them here so it becomes a mess for a casual user like me.
I’m looking for a minimalist theme with the likes of “Medium” platform and has FSE working. I’ve done some research on ThemeForest but themes with builders and variations always show up first and I’m pretty sure they slow the blog a lot.
I don’t use WooCommerce or any other plugin. It’s almost a barebone site with some CSS, Cache, Redis etc. optimization.
Can you please suggest me a way to go forward? I don’t want to design anything. I need a pre-built minimalist theme that’s fast and FSE compatible.

Site editor has reached a capability to build any basic layout you want with the default twenty-twenty-two and up themes once you get the hang of the UX
