I need a simple theme good with mobile. About five simple pages, form capture, calandarly linkage, video page (would like to host them somewhere other than YT but this is probably a plugin).
In the past have built sites using divi/elementor, ideally a simple builder but I can do code if I have to.
Any reccos would be greatly appreciated.

Astra theme
We have been using [XTheme](https://theme.co/x) with its Cornerstone native builder, before we started using some multipurpose theme with many starter templates and lifetime licenses (e.g. like OceanWP, Neve, Astra, etc). Maybe that theme could be your solution?
Second Cornerstone. I know people complain about it being advanced and kinda overkill but if you have a strong understanding of coding it has a lot of power that makes the build process super fast especially for larger projects. Just don’t expect clients to want to fool with it they’re going to kick that can to you because all of my clients complain it’s too complicated to work with but it builds fast for developers and edits easy.
I’ve had good luck with Kadence theme and block; free version works for me.
Themeskingdom.com has clean themes. Also all the ones made by Automattic. Gutenberg is king
Just use Gutenberg blocks and code whats needed?
I can’t recommend GeneratePress and GenerateBlocks enough. An awesome combo. Very quick and super clean out of the gate.
Bricks builder. With automatic CSS.
Blocksy. Fast, clean and intuitive UI, amazing community and dev team, and works well with a range of Gutenberg block enhancers, particularly Stackable.
