Stamps.com not importing orders from Woo

I’ve been using BigCommerce for the last 10 years and have been importing orders into Stamps.com
Last year my orders randomly stopped importing and I was forced to manually input information on the stamps app and then mark the product as shipped on the shopping cart as well as copy over the tracking info. I called stamps and they told me they don’t get a lot of big commerce customers and that they were working on the issue but it wasn’t a priority. Fast forward a year I’m still unable to import orders via big commerce. So I have just launched my new website on WordPress with a Woo store. Go to import the orders and nothing. I called stamps and they said they “were having issues importing from woo” and the only additional explanation was that a ticket had been created but not progress had been made. Is anyone else having this issue ? I’m about ready to move on from stamps entirely.
