The Regenerate thumbnails plug-in still shows the disabled thumbnails

Hi,

First of all, thank you so much for this great plugin!

I have one small issue – I want to unregister all the default thumbnails so I can regenerate only the newly generated thumbnails using the Perfect Images plug-in. The Regenerate thumbnails plug-in still shows the disabled thumbnails which is not good.

Do you have any idea how I can fix this?
