Starting a side hustle for small and local businesses as a beginner

Hey, so I've been wanting to learn WordPress for some time in hopes of generating an income on the side of my full time dev job.

I currently do Fullstack development, but I find it to not be very feasible in terms of building out full-fledged sites for clients since it is really time consuming.

I have no idea where to get started with WordPress though.

I am curious about a few things:

• What is the best and most budget friendly Managed Hosting for WordPress?
• On a single plan/account, can you handle all of your Clients wordpress sites or do you need to do it differently?
• How do you price your work, does the client pay for their own domain, hosting and for your services? How do you account for these?
