Ive been using StudioPress for close to a decade now I bought their expensive package which is pretty much a lifetime deal and it gave me the basic Child themes like magazine pro, news, etc
When the Core Web Vitals ranking factor occurred in 2021 they just put out an article on Studio Press what you need to know about Core Web Vitals. They never updated it and it still does that content shift with the Menu on mobile that causes it to fail CWV on google page speed insights.

I don’t think its worth it anymore and Ive been a loyal Studiopress user. Im looking into Themeforest themes now hopefully I can find a good one there that is fast and not bloated and passes CWV.

Stay away from ThemeForest – themrs ate mostly bloat. The only theme you need is GeneratePress. It is free, and Pro is very much worth the price with a lot of extra modules, including prebuilt sites library. Try it out.
The real refund policy of is to never reply to any kind of a request for refund will within the 30 days of purchase as stated in their T&Cs
GeneratePress and Kadence are the way to go.
