Suggestion on Base OS image to run high traffic WordPress site.

I am currently using redhat image with php 8.1 and apache, but it also comes with lots extra package.

is there any minimal os image which can be optimised to run high traffic WordPress sites.

We have CF cache and ddos handled by Cloudflare.
