The [language-switcher] shortcode must be introduced on your website with a shortcode widget or textarea widget.
You can also use a menu widget and display a new menu that you previously created only with languages in Appearance –> Menus.
Yes, I had it with the widget to insert shortcodes. Surprisingly without having done anything now it appears.
