Thinking of moving from WordPress to new technologies Working in Noida, India – Need advice on career prospects

I have 3 years of experience working with WordPress and currently earn INR 80K per month in Noida, India. I'm concerned about the future prospects of staying in WordPress development and whether it's wise to transition to new technologies.
