Trying to find a plugin that allow viewers to optionally sign-up to keep track of vinyl records

Hi there,

I'm creating a website for a band that will serve as a "guide" for vinyl collectors. I want to give visitors the option to sign-up and keep track of the records they already own somehow- give them a personal collection on their own page. Is there any plugin that could do something like this?
