Unable to download their products from the user account panel

But Order is completed and we received the amount of the package. For this reason, our clients are unable to download their products from the user account panel.

I already created support ticket 4 days ago but didn’t reply

Please help us urgently and take the necessary steps for it. We are very frustrated that, our clients can’t download the products they have purchased.
