Hello, I haven’t logged into the site and updated plugins in a while. When I tried to do this a few days ago, in place of the Update Plugin button, I got the following message:

Also, when I try to access settings or any page in WordPress Dashboard, I get a white page with the following message:
Forbidden You don’t have permission to access this resource.
I checked and it’s been a month now when I haven’t received any WordPress notifications or any emails when I tried to reset my password
I have access to the website also by FTP but I don’t know what should I do. What seems to be the problem?
