I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing a crashing issue after updating BetterDocs on your website which should not be actually.
Is there any error message shown on your website? If so, please provide the screenshot or URL so that we can check the error message.
Besides that, you can provide us your Site Health Information from Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info > Copy site info to clipboard: https://d.pr/i/KDbAny
And simply just paste it here. This will help us to reproduce this issue on our end.

I assume that this issue is occurring on your specific PHP version. Can you please share your website health info here?
You can get this info from your WordPress Dashboard -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> Copy site info to the clipboard. Then paste this info on PasteBin and share your Site Info here. Please check this screenshot – https://d.pr/i/KDbAny
