Hey guys,
I can understand how this is a bit stupid on my part, however a theme update essentially completely changed the website. Content on the front-page is gone, the footer is gone, a lot of other images are gone and the layout is different.
Pretty much wiped the page, pretty disappointed.
Is there a way I can rectify this? I also, stupidly, haven’t made a backup. My hosting company doesn’t do automatic backups either.

With out a backup, or roll back, you might be out of luck. It will depend on your theme, and plugins. Did you try in private/incognito window? Any chance the theme has roll back features? Have you tried to disable plugins to see if the issue still persist?
Had you changed/edited theme files?
Regular content should be lost in a theme update.
