I have been working in web design and developing for 8 years. I was a fan of Gutenberg and even learned how to build custom blocks but I am now finding the editor more and more confusing.
The Full Site Editing has been in Beta for years. At this point it is ridiculous. When will WP complete the FSE part of Gutenberg?

Also, when going into FSE, at first everything looks minimal. When uncovering settings and options, nothing make sense. There are too many options. Take a look at the mess below. What is all that??
I think that Gutenberg makes sense as blocks for posts and pages but keep the menus and other elements out of it.

Lastly, I understand templates, and template parts, but what in the hell are template areas? Header and Footer are already in template parts. This makes no sense.
I understand that developers are trying to bring value to the editor but it feels like too many people are involved. Can WP have one UX designer and really clean up everything?
