Why does astra theme keep making tons of “feed” posts

Google search console indexing report tells me there are hundreds of these /feed posts on my site that are not indexed etc . Its like if I add an image now theres a /feed/image post ?

I have no idea where they are on my wordpress site as pages I actually created are indexed properly.

What is causing this and how do I fix it and stop them from happening?
