I need a wiki plugin with some specific requirements.
1 – Up and down voting
2 – Allows users to post and track who posted
3 – Comments section on the post
4 – User or admins can edit the posted post
5 – User connected to user in wordpress
7 – image upload
8 – Wiki standard quick syntax
9 – Deadlinks – you can add a link the can be created by someone later.
(We can build custom solutions ourselves, but are not looking for that right now, please don’t offer to build a custom solution)

This may sound controversial, but WordPress isn’t the best for everything. Why not just use MediaWiki? It’s well established and has a lot of add-on support for it.
