We actually have an extremely similar implementation of filters in the Blocksy Pro package. 🙂
You can filter by categories, attributes and brands. You can even collapse the filters to offer the accordion type of view. See a preview of them in action here – https://demo.creativethemes.com/blocksy/cosmetic/shop/.
Please note that not all the features are enabled in that demo. There are more available once you install it.
