We also have the same issue. It stopped working with WooCommerce coupons (default WooCommerce option), after updating to the 4.4.0 version of your plugin,
In WooCommerce coupons we set the coupon worth 20% but now it’s doubled. My customers got 440% off, which was a great loss.
When we deactivated your plugin, everything works fine.
