Would you partner with a designer?

I’ve been a web designer for a few years now, focusing on e-commerce and portfolios. I use best practices always (auto-layout, variables, and components) even it’s a simple project. I’ve been trying to get i to WP for the past few months, but learning everything is quite daunting and I feel like I excel the most in design. Was wondering if you would ever consider a partnership with a designer.
