Hi all!
I’m very new to WP, about to finish Skillot’s 8hour beginner WP course.
I’ve been scrolling through the plethora of themes and templates and there’s just so many! Does anyone have any recommendations for me?
I’m setting up a site for my psychology practice, I’ll have all the usual (home, about me, services x 3, some info pages, an enquiry form, and a blog) so I don’t need anything super complex. Does anyone have a recommendation for a theme to use? I’m happy to pay for one if it’s worth it, but the practice isn’t open yet so I don’t have much money available.

My general recommendation is to choose some quality multipurpose theme with many starter templates, so you can find some that suits you the best (e.g. like [OceanWP](https://oceanwp.org/demos/)/check 1st Health section, Neve, Astra, etc.), with appropriate page builder (such as Elementor or WPBakery – our choices for our clients) or Gutenberg blocks.
