I'm helping a friend with setting up a business website with a booking form and hit a bit of a stumbling block with the WPForms set-up.
We have the form pretty much set-up, it has quite a few fields, I'd estimate about 50-60 at the moment and also some conditional logic that can vary the amount submitted.
During testing it was noted that the notification they receive for a new booking is quite large, they want to print it and due to the layout it's coming in over six pages.
We tried some of the email templates but they seemed to have little effect, other than styling. I then tried using some html and CSS in the email message window, it had some effect but the email still uses the template, switching to the plain text template seems to strip out the HTML.
Ideally, what they are looking for is to receive the customer information in a condensed and possibly styled way on less pages than standard.
Is anyone aware of any solution to this problem using wpforms or wordpress functionality? I've seen some PDF creator plugins which might have the desired outcome but they all seem to involve further cost.
