How do I make 301 redirection from “/%post_id%/%postname%” to “/%postname%” ?

My permalinks is set “/%post\_id%/%postname%”, but i want to change to use only “/%postname%”.

How can y saflely change the permalink, without get 404 error? On my site i have over 50k post
