Thanks for the reports everyone. I’ve released a fix in 3.16.1.
For those wondering, this is an issue with the automated build and release that pushes the plugin from GitHub to WordPress.org, and I’ve had issue with it in the past. I will investigate the issue further so it doesn’t happen again.
