Looking for a Plugin that I can install that will pop up a checklist of blocks to check before one of my writers finalizes publishing a blog post.
Anybody heard of a reliable plugin that can do that?
I dont want to unnecessarily break the site for a staff training issue.

One idea is the Advanced Custom Fields plugin.
If you create a new field group attached to posts and inside of it create a series of true/false checkboxes you can label them whatever makes sense “approved by editor”, “all links double checked”, etc. and make those checkboxes required.
From an editors perspective, they’ll make their changes and click to save the post and acf will say wait you didn’t go through and check these checkboxes to true (indicating they’ve taken all required steps) before allowing them to publish their posts.
