Portfolio website theme with form

Hi everyone.

I want to create a portfolio website for my freelance work and for that i need recommendations for theme for website. I cannot design the site myself i need a theme that i can add to my website and edit it's demo to get my work done. I also want to add a contact form in the website. Please share any links that you suggest to get my work done and it should be free.
Also suggest the plugins i should use in my wordpress website.
