Where Do I Start and What should I Learn?

Hi guys, just want to get advice on how to start my online web business.

I am an SEO specialist and I built my blog website for a while, but I wonder if I can make an online tool website instead of a blog website. One reason is online tool site gain more traffic than blogs (at least in my industry), and another is this is what I really want to do.

I don't have any technical bg so I don't code (know some HTML and CSS). What point should I start and what stuff should I learn?
